This 650 square foot beach cottage has 2+ bedrooms, one bath and an open kitchen and living space and is just 20 steps from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino and most bars and restaurants.

House Rules

Check in: After 3 Check out: 11 Self check in with key pad at your convenience. We will attempt to accommodate all special requests. Sorry no cats we are allergic. Dogs are welcome. Please strip the sheets and duvet covers for the beds you have used and start one load of laundry to help the cleaning service turn over the cottage for the next guests.Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it before you leave (no need to unload). If you use towels or robes just drop the used ones in the laundry hamper.

One free parking space directly in front of the cottage. Additonal parking available approx 100 feet away on Ocean Blvd in a paid lot run by the State. $3 an hour from 8am to midnight. It is free of charge from 12am-8am Beach is directly across the street. We stayed at Brenda’s lovely 2 bedroom cottage at Hampton Beach for two nights in order to attend a family reunion. The cottage was so warm and inviting and the perfect spot for both of us and our pups. Right across from the beach, very walkable to shopping, dining, entertainment. It was early in season so pretty quiet which we thoroughly enjoyed. Her cottage has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay if we are in the area again. Thank you!

We stayed here for Key West Week at Hampton Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The house was perfect—super clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals at home. It’s in a quiet area, yet just a short walk across the street to the beach and only minutes from all the local entertainment, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were wonderful—super helpful with recommendations, very personable, and even reached out during our stay to make sure we were safe when a hurricane off the coast caused some wild surf conditions. Great people, and it really showed how much they care about their guests. This place is ideal for both families and groups of adults looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. We felt right at home and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. Washer dryer was so convenient and beach 30 seconds away. Toys for kids it was just a comfortable homey feeling that I would absolutely go back. Bathroom is small lol but that's really all we needed. We loved our stay. Wish I had a 🐶 though hehe. Thank you.

I only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed all the extra accommodations and amenities left for us. The washer and dryer became a huge help as well, and the place stayed cool compared to other spots i’ve stayed at near by. Overall great experience and very well prepared hosts.

One parking space directly in front of the cottage and paid parking just steps away on Ocean Blvd. This parking is free in the winter months and by the hour in the Summer. Most bars, restaurants and shops are within a 15 minute walk.
